For 2025, this model is available in two trim levels, and these are the MINI Cooper Hardtop 2 Door and the MINI Cooper S Hardtop 2 Door. Both are available in Signature, Signature Plus and Iconic sub-trims.
Performance
The 2025 MINI Cooper 2 Door is equipped with a four-cylinder, turbo 2.0-liter engine that generates 161 horsepower. The MINI Cooper S 2 Door comes with a high-performance variation of this four-cylinder engine that produces 201 horsepower. Both of these engines are paired with a dual-clutch, seven-speed auto transmission, and front-wheel drive. Adaptive suspension dampers are optional on the MINI Cooper S 2 Door.
Appearance
The redesigned 2025 MINI Cooper 2 Door and MINI Cooper S 2 Door have sleek surfaces over the sides and a rounded nose. The flat roof makes a subtle descent toward the rear. The new wheel design shows off Y-shaped spokes. At the front, the oval headlights are encapsulated by both LED ribbons and black trim. They also now feature horizontal LED bars at the top and bottom. The black drop-down grille has a grid-like mesh pattern and a thick band of body molding. The exterior features are comparable, depending on the sub-trim selected. Some of these include 17-inch or 18-inch wheels, a panoramic sunroof, and a contrasting roof.
