    "My sales person was Debbie and my experience at the dealership couldn't have gone smoother. I went to the dealership on Christmas just to see if they had an acceptable Clubman on the lot. After driving two I drove home with a silver and white 2012 Cooper S Clubman, While it didn't have every feature that would have wanted had I ordered a customized Clubman, it certainly had most of the features I was looking for in a new vehicle. I've wanted a Mini for years and this dealership did everything the right way to see that I drove off the lot with a new car. I was treated extremely fairly on my trade in, and after I got home with the new car, I realized I had forgotten about a $750 certificate that I could have used toward the purchase of a new mini. I emailed the certificate to the sales person and the dealership re-did my paperwork the next day to save me another $807 over the life of the loan. This is what I call OUTSTANDING customer service. I had been to another Mini dealership in SC, but they weren't willing to deal with me on the trade in and weren't as cordial as the fine folks at Century Mini in Greenville.     "I have been waiting for a phone call from your service dept. rep. for since day of service (1/4/12)...haven't heard a thing. At issue was the oil leak from the crank sensor oring. I questioned if you all would replace that a no charge because of the fact that there is only 19,000 miles on my car...if you look at the history. My question is why would this be happening. Your service rep. said he would have to email the District Manager or someone and he would be sure to get back with me. I am very disappointed that no one has gotten back with me on this. They heard my situation and the distance I drive each day and were open to the fact that I couldn't get a return call so I drove the 45 minutes away from the dealershipto begin working, I needed the work done pronto so I would not have a possibility of being stranded in the late night in the mountains on my way home from work. The machanics doubled up/had the job done in 1 hour instead of the books 2. I was out the door and able to return to work to cover our companies contract with Sams Club. Thank you very much.     "I plan to file a report with the Better Business Bureau after my visit. I was told there was a screw in my tire and because the pressure had been so low I needed a whole new tire because the sides were now damaged. Total cost (tire + installation) would be $290. I told them I had a relationship with a tire dealer and would take it there. When I got to my tire dealer he told me that the screw hadn't even gone all the way through so the pressure was not very low (only a pound or two like the other tires).
